Lessons:
The Mini-Lessons came about in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Many schools are having virtual Health and Physical Education classes but the amount of time for each special has been reduced. These mini-lessons take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. If you have a longer block of time, it shouldn't be too difficult to expand these lessons to perhaps 30 minutes. Below are some that I believe are extraordinary!
